Service Planning Continued

November 20 & 21, 2019

W.9-10.1 Write arguments to support claims in an analysis of substantive topics or texts, using valid reasoning and relevant and sufficient evidence.

Every person should be included on the doc and everyone should have a task they are responsible for.

As a class, determine what roles are necessary for your specific project. 
Assign roles and make sure that each person knows what tasks they are responsible for. 
Some tasks may require more than one person. 

Things to Consider
Who will facilitate and keep group on track?
Who is going to create and record the official proposal?
Who needs to manage the materials?
Who is keeping track of the time and deadlines?
Who will check for accuracy?

2.  The Proposal

The group with the original idea should have most of the proposal but make sure you have the following: 

A title
Name for Audience
Identify Yourself and Your Goal
Write the Date for the Proposal
Describe the Project in Detail
Provide Step-By-Step Instruction
List Materials
Include any Costs
Keep it Clear and Concise

3.  Emailing Derr to Propose Idea

Create an email to send to Ms. Derr to have her come listen to your proposal.
Make sure to include who, what, where, when, and why.

4.  Beginning Steps 

If there is anything you can begin to make or do for the project you may begin working on that task .
